Still waiting for items to be dispatched after 5 days despite website saying 1-2 days for dispatch (that being one of the main reasons for ordering from them). Sent a message to find out what’s going on and heard nothing back. After doing some digging it appears that orders can take some time to arrive and it’s looking like mine is going to be one of those orders so that’s my MOT retest out the window and god only knows when the parts will arrive. The website does state it’s a German company but it’s not made obvious and with a .co.uk website you’d presume it’s a British company.

Generally a good experience. Replacement indicator lens fits perfectly. I had to wait longer than I wanted for the part to be delivered hence only 4 stars

The part was perfect well protected for delivery and was delivered

Ordered a cambelt kit and supplied it to a garage fitting a new cylinder head for me.
Garage called to say that parts were missing from the kit and what did they want me to do. I was in a meeting so the quickest solution was that they buy a new kit (which they did - same day delivery - job done).
I then sent details of the transaction (parts order + Invoice/Delivery Note and included the invoice from the garage with a written comment regarding the missing parts and why they had to buy a new kit.
What followed was like some sort of comedy show - or it would be if it hadn't cost me £140.00.
An email arrives requesting photos of the box, inside and out, the parts left in the box, the outer box, the label on the box etc.
I did this, but apparently not good enough so more photos and information was supplied (at this stage I was expecting to provide my daughters middle names and my inside leg measurement).
I asked whether it was me or the garage that they thought was lying and then told that copies of the paperwork would do - which I duly sent (again).
Next I received this email : ''We were unable to contact you, so your item return request regarding order no. ******** has been closed.''
No record of a missed call or an email not responded to, they clearly had NO INTENTION of sorting this out, they seem quite happy to accuse me of lying and out of pocket by £141.00 .....AVOID THESE PEOPLE!!

Would give this crowd of jokers a zero rating, ordered oil, a week later they still keep telling me it is on its way.... check the tracking they have provided and the items haven't been collected yet. a dot co dot uk company....yet seems to be german based, avoid like the plague!
